It was rush, I blew up 5 out of 6 of the mcom stations with crucias covering me with an abrams. And add a few random kills and bam, top spot.

Depends on if your the bomb guy or defending the guy running to plant.
That's true, but there's the pushing forward to the plant. Quite often teams get bogged down fighting, they loose objectivity and one person has to run for it
