Basically if you want a reward added to the forum you need to do the following:

PM an admin with a URL for the image you require (and have edited to meet our rules). If you cannot upload it PM Crucias for an email address to send it to.
Images need to be appropriate and relevant to award and 32 pixels by 32 pixels (max) in dimensions.
