Okay there seems to be the desire to learn Vassal and the desire to learn 40k. Yes there's the BFG people, but I'm not worrying about that at the moment. So who knows 40k but wants to apply it to Vassal, and who wants to learn from the ground up?

I know 40k but not Vassal. Can build army, don't know how to play over vassal.

I know 40k, not vassal. But Ill research it then practice with it for a while then come to you with questions if I have any.

If you don't know Vassal I'm willing to nip that in the bud. I'm creating little step by step helpful things, but one of the best ways to learn it is to get with me and I can walk you through it over Xbox Live, or the TS3 server if you prefer/don't have Xbox Live. For Totally Clueless people I will also be trying to set up a step by step thing that demonstrates both Vassal and Warhammer. Kind of like what they do in GW stores.

I know all the basics now from trial and error, but i doubt theres an AI option, so would you mind giving me a practice game to get used to it? 1500 pts, if your not busy.

ah, forgot to mention, I do not yet have Teamspeak but am planning on getting it after checking it through at the end of this week, is it all right if we were to communicate normaly? I think Vassal has a discussion area doesnt it?

Vassal allows communication via typing. Which works, but sometimes voice is so much more convenient. Team Speak is free btw.

Yeah it should, the clients load the same modules.

Haven't played 40k since the 3rd ed so I have no idea how clueless I will be, but Ive downloaded Vassal and the module and am keen to learn.
