Cause i am wanting to make them seem like they have their own tech but have scavenged ALOT of other things like some trying to wear marines helmets some with orc weapons others in IG gear.

I've been giving the Skaven mostly their own tech so far, feel they should stand out from the other races.

It's all Warpstone Tech. I'm even writing lore and fluff for the 40k Skaven. This will be a legitimate Codex that will look and feel just like a GW one. And then I get to do the Lizardman one.

Interesting project. I would have gone with them as Tau Empire allies just to use more existing parts. That's cause I can be lazy though. First rat looks great.

I like the scavenged idea. With that, you can pretty much use any weapon from any race. Kind of has a pirate feel, but it fits
If you actually wanted to play the army at Games Workshop, I'm thinking you might be able to adjust an Ork army list to suit your needs. Just a suggestion though. Keep up the good work!
