hey so how do yojuu want them to contact you? and do you set up the leaders after or do you put them in first?

A PM will do, I setup the group then assign 1 person as leader and 1 person as XO (optional but recommended). These people can access the group application system and then proceed to accept applications for membership from people wanting to join your chapter/warband

depends, do you wish to stay as one clan? If yes then stay as you are and form your own teams yourself. If not then need leaders and chapters chosen for each to get their own sections.

ahhh ok. i gave them Crusias's gamertag so we should be rollin pretty soon.

Haha well that ain't gonna do jack shit. I don't handle website business through XBL, only through PMs and posts on here (or emails). Basically when my Xbox is on my PC isn't normally on as well and the Xbox is for fun, not work
If they need to talk to me then they can get me in a party on XBL, otherwise they need to send me a PM here (or email me).
