Odd thread i know but i was reading Outcast Dead lastnight *good book and is hotting up IMO* It mentions a certain regiment of the Imperial Army being airborne troops *jumping out of aircraft, deploying grav chutes* would the 41st Millenium Imperial Guard still have these certain regiments or would they have been long disbanded after the horus heresy era?
There are specialised units within the Imperial Guard but would they still use these tactics or rely more on air insertion via valks?
Its never been mentioned before in any novels *that ive read anyways.*
