Does anyone know how I got a premium membership banner?  I'm just wondering because I never donated anything.

I think it's because you have over 1000 posts.

Yep, you can still get Premium (1k posts) and Elite (2k posts) through donations. It's about commitment to the community, be that financially or activity based.

We get a perk which can be pretty nice but then our souls are sucked into the site where we eventually become one with the site...

 

I personally have already given away my soul after using Project Dumbass to install Ultimate Apocalypse Mod so I'm not sure if I'm already one with the site or if I'm being processed... But yeah you'll have to give up your soul eventually...

if you have donated my guess is an over site on cru's(whoever can give the banner) part if you raise it with the help center and make a ticket it should get sorted for you or it it can get sorted here if cru reads this and looks into it

** = Chat has a 5 person limit (because it's a feature we didn't buy so we're limited to 5 slots). We'll boot minions in favour of staff because its primary function is staff meetings; that said, we don't use it often. This will be good for RPers

 

Note: All member ranks bar Member, Guest, Validating and Banned can now access Chats. 2.0 Supporters automatically have Blog access and always have

Pondering if I should use the blog to promote myself and as a portfolio as I go through Uni but... Do I really want my potential employers reading my post history? 0_o

You have 2.0 Supporter which is the same as Elite Member (the higher tier one, it just doesn't have a banner right now)

It'll either guarantee you get or lose the job. There will be no middle ground

 

You can make the blog elsewhere and RSS it to the sites blog system, so you blog once and it appears in both places.... I think
