Rejoined the forum ready for Eternal Crusade.

Good to be back.

 

But it seems I cannot join my Faction for some reason..

Awesome. Remind me who you are again... ? If you ask Cru in a support ticket he can track down your old account and send you a new password for it.

 

Also when you apply for a faction someone there needs to accept it, or they may be invite only. It's very different to how it used to be.

It seems there are two DoC groups, so I've removed the invalid one (someone made one and immediately filed a deletion request). I'll deal woith the issue further in the ticket. You can reply to it in the same menu, or reply by email

Thanks JC. Just a hilarious FYI - you could have pointed him to the banner at the top of the screen, it has a jump link for support. We also have email support, so if you email support@gothicwars.org from the email attached to your account it'll open a ticket for you

Additonal: It also seems the person who made the DOC group didn't read the instructions perfectly; they didn't put a ticket in to claim the group therefore it hasn't been activated for normal usage. If they fail to do so within a timeframe solely dependant on my schedule (should be a week, often a month instead) it'll be deleted as spam. For more info read the white box on the Faction main page
