Well that look amazing! I'm not touch Blood Bowl again as that just blew my socks off! >=/

 

Didn't know about the game but at least I now know not to touch it, thanks =)

At first it looked good for mobile gaming, then I kept watching and the game stayed the same oO

 

So I went on Wikipedia and looked up Games Workshop video games to see if there's any I missed.... turns out there's quite a few in production

yep i saw it on steam and thought "oh another 40k game" then i saw the trailer and now this and as when i discovered it i want to erase it from my mind

Well there are lots of games who do that style of play. Ninja Cats vs Samurai Dogs is only different to say Warlord Call to Arms (A free online flash game) as units can shoot into different lanes and that you have to destroy the base and not get a certain number of troops to the other side or have the advantage after I think 5 minutes.

 

I can't really remember I played it a number of years ago. It was actually so long ago I didn't know about Warhammer...

 

Blood Bowl II I don't think has really explained what is new and different about it. From what I've seen it is just updated graphics and has more visual features that Blood Bowl probably couldn't have. I doubt they can add in any new teams unless there is a new team added into the Fantasy universe or a mix team but all races are racist and have to do a roll if say the Skaven player will interact with the Chaos player. Unnecessary dice rolls I never want to do. That is why Vampires are incredibly shit. Whenever you use a Vampire they have to roll a "Bloodlust" die. If you roll less than 2 they must feed on a thrall which can: KO, Injury, Kill or stumble the Thrall.

 

I played a match against Lothair's Orcs when we were trying out new teams and I did more damage to my own team than Lothair Orcs did...

 

So yeah Blood Bowl II I have no real idea of what is new except for the announcers (Jim Johnson and Bob Bifford) have changed their voices which to me sound worse. Although more dialog would be nice as I've heard:

"Did you know that the first Khemri team to get back to the pitch again was the Underworld Judges?" - Jim Johnson

"Ah that explains why they are the worst Khemri team out there today." - Bob Bifford

"The worst indeed Bob" - Jim Johnson

"That's right they had no one to practice with!" - Bob Bifford

Ehhh, knew this game was going to be bad the moment I saw it on steam (Did not watch video above, Totalbiscuit gets on my nerves) and was not surprised in the slightest by all the bad reviews.

Ja. Not getting this. Not that I was going to anyways. Civ 5  brave new world is taking up my time till Dark Souls 2 comes out. I wonder why GW keeps letting all these rediculously bad companies use their license. It's just hurting their IP.

I did find out some info on Blood Bowl II. Apparently you can change around around your own stadium which can give your team benefits. Although it doesn't really entice me. I doubt my Laptop could handle it anyway....

BB2 was supposed to have more teams, random events (eg the whole Khorne thing), dungeonbowl (as per novels), stadium customization, fans will now kill players who enter the stands (or attempt to -  up! up! up! up!). Basically it was supposed to take the power of modern PCs and the new consoles to bring the Bl;ood Bowl novels to life.

Well players can die when they are thrown of the pitch there is a roll to see what damage is done. Is annoying when they just get out with out a few sc*CENSORED*s and bruises but are still playable =/

 

I'll definitely look at some reviews after its release. The kick off events are pretty fun like the crowd is angry and throws a rock at someone on one of the teams or both and the pitch invasion which took out three of my Tomb Guardians and stunned them allowing Goblins to overwhelm me....

 

Also thanks for letting me know about what BB2 is supposed to have with it =)
