Alright folks...I'm planning on doing a series a "Best of" videos for my youtube channel. I'm thinking of doing a top video game villain video, but need some suggestions. I already have my first 2, but I need to fill it out more. Looking for suggestions from the Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Metal Gear (including rising), and Final Fantasy series.
Anndd...go! Thanks in advance! Don't worry, I'll give credit where credit is due for suggestions as I'm aware my center of interests games wise isn't remotely all inclusive.

Ok, for the sake of discussion...M. Bison vs Shao Khan...who was the better villain? When you think of it, MK and SF played off each other a LOT. I'm going for all time here, so the choices need to be solid

I vote wouldnt say Shao Khan but Shinnok from MK4. Why?
Well think of it this way:
Without Shinnok you wouldnt have the whole Mortal Kombat thing as he got Quan Chi to make Shang Sung defy the rules and forcibley merge Earthrealm and the Outworld, making both weak for the invasion of the Netherrealm.
However, Shao Khan was indefentily stronger, more cunning and nearly took over the Netherrealm. So theres that. Mortal Kombats one of my knowldge things. So any questions just ask. Ignore my terrible spelling for a minute.
Two Giratina are better than one.

It's honestly because I find him the most over the top villain (even for metal gear) I seen in a long time with a motivation that makes you go 'well....damn.'. Not to mention he has a hell of a boss fight to boot.
