hey guys just wanted to let you know im trying to get the battlefield section more active, now with battlefield 4 coming out i think its time to bring it back to life

if anyone here plays and wants to be apart of the forum post in it, and also we do have a Gothic Wars platoon on Battlelog set up called GWRS Death Watch

ALSO: i want to try and make that forum for both Battlefield 3 and 4 so please even if you have just BF3 come along and join in the fun!

We don't have a dedicated group for this, I imagine you just do it.

BF is a group not faction, anyone can arrange things for it.

well there problem solved, though i wish we had enough interest to make it a faction, i just dont know enough members to form one

Well to find out simply running community events will be a great way to find out.

We want to discourage factions. We're no longer going to allow random foundings for random games. If you're a proper clan then all good though

It probably won't get to that point, it would be rather fun having a dedicated faction for bf but of well, guess that's what battlelog is for

If it is REALLY successful then you could found a group like Gothic Wars 1st Panzer Division did for World Of Tanks, which works as a general community group rather than a competitive faction.

Nosk, you would be better off doing BF3 on Xbox go now seeing as not every had a PS4 Nor BF4.

Give me a date and I will spread it around.

That group shouldn't have a banner though. It's a forum group not a faction. Part of 2.0 is encouraging groups over factions because we're going to limit the number of factions you can join at any one time. That limit actually exists in our rule right now (3 Factions) but it's not been enforced because it's hard as hell to do so, 2.0 will let us do it with code.

For the record, I'm hoping to get BF4 on XB1 soon because the PS4 is sold out in NZ and Aus until Easter it's that popular; whereas the Xbox I can walk into a store and buy like 5 it's that unpopular.

From memory you can use Skype on an Xbox, and you can voice chat on the DS.

Haha I havent stopped playing BF4 since it came out. If you guys are making a group for Battle Field you let me know and I'll run the xbox one fraction. And I'll own the shit out of everything in my path XD

If all goes well I should be able to get my XB1 and BF4 tonight after work. Kind of been forced onto XB1 because PS4 is so popular here it's sold out until Easter
