The company is called Black Esper and we don't give a toss about levels or experience. We're in it for the long haul so training up new people is just as important and nabbing veterens and raiding. Most of us are 50 and starting the gear grind, but we've a good few people between 25 and 45 as well (and let's face it, 0->50 is only three weeks anyway).
FYI: Espers were eidolons or primals in a different Final Fantasy, the "Black Esper" is Bahamut
