So i thought to start this thread to see if anybody could come up with any ways of dying, that are infinitely humiliating and funny, in any video game.
So far I can think of coming down on my own grenade in space marine or halo 4, being killed by falling debris, and m personal favorite when someone fires a charge plasma cannon shot from behind cover, but instead kills themselves, honestly I've seen that done a thousand times. so if you've got anything let us bask in your humiliation or someone else's;)

Well i dont have a video but in halo 4 a long time ago.....
A mantis furious stomped an enemy warthog wich i stopped with a plasma pistol, throwed a plasma grenade, the warthog went flying and hitted a friendly damaged banshee wich then exploded and decended into a crashing course to my face......
The sad part is i couldnt boot out the guy in the mantis

Spending 10+ minutes with 2 others preparing to fight Teramorphous The Invinsible in Borderlands 2.
Only for all 3 of us to miscalculate a jump and die on the way there...
Letting JC push you in a faster tank in WoT up a hill who is suddenly to busy shooting distant enemies to notice you telling him to stop as you are pushed directly into the line of fire of half the enemy team. Isn't that right Draco?
Assuming Draco wouldn't team kill you at the end of a match...

In WoT driving of a cliff and landing on another tank.
In space marine team killing with a grenade when friendly fire is turned off.
In gears accidently firing a mortar in a small room.
And the best one last in star craft 2 killing you opponent by building a planetary fortress in there main base.

Check out the app called Verge I Created: http://goo.gl/OFW1yl. It's only for android now, but will be out for iPhone in the near future!
It essentially allows you to share your location with your friends, family, coworkers, etc through a group in the app. You can find everyone in your group's location by pressing a button (assuming they respond to the request), and plot it on a map. From there you are given a point that is equidistant from everyone. With this you can find a place to search for and meet up and send this location to everyone in your group telling them thats where you want to meet. There's no need to enter any addresses, and all you need to do is click a few buttons.

Throwing and being affected by your own flash grenade while jumping in to the melee with your thunder hammer. Swinging blind and killing all your own team and none of the enemies.
