Okay, is it just me or are the guys that you play in Battlefield 3 some of the worst soldiers? I know I can reload a gun faster than they do. Or the time it takes them to get off the ground? Ugh.

Yeah all in the name of balance. I also find that I am generally put on the team of Wile E. Coyote as opposed to the opposite team which seam to be Roadrunners....
