We ended in a draw. I had a great time playing and it was very easy using Vassal. Next up, a 1500pt battle. Templars versus whatever Nox fields.

In retrospect, I should have had my Dark Reapers pick off Apulo's Initiates at the end instead of trying to blow up the Dreadnaught that would NOT DIE! I hit that thing probably 40 times during the game. 14 of those hits were penetrating or glancing, and the best result I could manage was Weapon Destroyed. I also neglected my Farseer for the first two turns, big mistake. I tip my hat though to my Howling Banshees who took out two Assault Marine squads, a Castellan, the Emperor's Champion, and a Crusader squad.

All in all a good game, draw in the end. If we'd gone on longer Apulo probably would have mopped up my Dark Reapers unless I got really lucky.
