Vendettas by far. 3 twin linked las cannons and as mentioned, expect to see as many as nine on a table.
One slagged my stormraven and decimated the onboard death company in the last game I played.
Also, why is stormtalon and stormraven under the same choice?

The reason for the Storm Raven and Storm Talon together is that the rest of the other flyers would need the same thing being separated. I think the Heldrake is overpowered because it has a flamethrower that is 12 inches then template and it is ability to vector strike anything that isn't a Landraider. Thus making it the prefect killing machine.

Heldrake. Vectored Assualt can wreck whole squads of Terminators even if they are in cover

I'm gonna have to go with the Storm Raven, simply from the payload it can deliver.
That said I haven't played since the very early release of 6th edition so don't know what flyers are like now or what the new ones do.

Vector Strike is only AP 3, I don't know who you have been playing.
Someone who rolls dice like their life depends on it. Never seen that many 6's in one roll before

I am going to say that it is actually the necron flyer as with the new expansion book for flyers they can turn into flying res orbs with every friendly necron unit within 12" using it have two on the field and its dirt not too mention they are dirt anyway.

That may be true but they have weak armor so it wouldn't take much to bring one down.

Nope flyers have armor 11 while everything else has 13 until pend.
