To answer Brother Agatone, Cobra Commander and many within Watch Tempest pick chapters to call "home" to better add to our set up. So with that it explains why Cobra placed the Salamanders piece in his thread title.

I find that strange that's like being in a chapter and watch tempest, but your really just in watch tempest. Hmm... A bit confusing.

I think it's just to enhance the fluff aspect of the deathwatch, as they're drawn from many different chapters.
