Theres no way thats too small it should be about 12 to thirteen kilometers.

The site that's from is very accurate. Based on BFG books the scale is correct. The Emperor is about 5-6km long which looks right to me there. Cobra is 1.5km long iirc.
Edit: the site I posted below has the Emperor at 7.5km. Rogue Trader lists most IN Cruisers around 5km.
