The three shots spark wildly down the carriage, hitting nothing on their paths. In return the enemy fire doubles.

3 of the bullets hit one of the attackers, and his chest explodes in a shower of red mist, splattering his comrades. One blanches, drops his weapon and runs, while the other fires another volley down the carriage towards you...

The shot sparks down the carriage and hits the man in the upper thigh, dropping him to the ground. You can clearly see that he has dropped his weapon and is now just rocking back and forth clutching his leg in agony. You slap home another clip, and for now, there are no shots being fired at you.

The man starts fanatically laughing, and then suddenly blood starts streaming from his nose, and then, his eyes as well. He collapses to the ground dead. The carriage is once more empty, albeit a little more wrecked than before.
