Hello fellow battle brothers and traitors alike. i have amde this thread in an urgent call to help find more battle brothers for the grey knights. we only have four active members and i am in fear of us having to close down. I am the only member who checks the forums and our players seem to drift off away and hardly ever play space marine. I only have one aspirant who aims high in this chapter and my master had other things to do. Sandman is a great help but none of them are on the forums hardly anymore. I need a way to help find players who will join and stay. so i am pleading here. help us, we will never forget your kindness and oneday we will repay our debt.

easiest way to recruit is in game, join a game and in between rounds get on mic and announce to the room ur recruiting, u can also try to mass pm all the randoms from ur computer, works for me.

I truly hope you find more permanent members, it would be a shame if not all the chapters were represented on Gothic Wars. Furthermore it would mean less competitive and diverse battlegrounds/opponents.

Do not worry my brother. We shall grow strong, it just takes time and the grey knights are not well known among all. I will try harder to get some new recruits. Do not give up.

Also I'd your in the us you must find ways to connect to the uk servers for they are a frikken gold mine. Your server is usually with people who live in the country or time zone, thus you find a way into servers in another time zone such as the uk.

I suggest that you find players who meet your expectations on xbl... Just send them a message explaining who you are, what your clan is, and what the site is... tell them about the other chapters, tell them that you are a relatively new chapter... you don't even have to talk you could get someone else who is in your chapter to do the talking for you... I do suggest that you do an initiation of some sort so that you can tell if they are clan worthy and they act appropriately

there are plenty of people who would be interested in joining a chapter, you just have to make sure they understand that a space marine chapter requires a fairly large time commitment

If there are other websites like gothic which is devoted to SM then I would use it. Also being more active on the game helps. Try to be vocal with the randoms you play with and if they like your playstyle they will join you. Also this game is far from dead cause I see low level randoms all the time.

I will have to agree with Death Dealer that the game is having more people leaving than joining. If you want to get people than you will have to try and recruit in games. Put a thread in the Dark Angels area if you need any help with recruitment or training.

At the moment I am trying to recruit low level players from around 1+

A: because i dont want them leaving b4 they have discovered the games richness
B: I can have recruits trained and honed to perfection without having to beat out bad habits like being a melta *CENSORED*

C: so I can actually be better than someone
