Katawa Shoujo it's a Visual Novel, not an anime. It's free so I highly recommend giving it a shot.
EDIT: A small warning, there is a little bit of 'adult content' but that is certainly not the focus of this VN. (You can disable the 'adult content' as well if you like.)
