Slaanesh grants eternal life.... Your soul is forever given to Slaanesh so it in constant agony forever. All Eldar that are not put into Soul stones have this happen to them.
Some people who never give into Slaanesh still can have their souls taken. EG a Guardsman is seduced by a Daemmonette their soul now belong to Slaanesh when they are killed by the Daemonette. This will please Slaanesh and if they do it constantly then they might eventually be able to serve him personally and move closer to his Throne.
Daemonettes appear to us as ugly but in the 40K universe they appear to whoever their target is as a beautiful creature that doesn't matter about their gender, race (Xeno or Human) or any other thing that someone might like =P They have a Aura that surrounds them and makes them appear beautiful. If GW do create a model that can change to look beatiful to everyone then I think GW can charge what they want for that model as people will become obsessed with it. Only a few can properly resist the charms of a Daemonette when they appear in their most beautiful state.
Also aren't all Astartes immortal? I cannot remember if they are or not though.....

Astartes arent immortal, the oldest recorded astartes was a Salamander who lived for 10,000 years. Except for a Space Wolf dreadnought, but they're designed to live for a stupid amount of time.
