Just went on sm for a nice game of seize ground and it pit me on a map of desolation. All the entire of the opposing team were spawn camping literally outside of our spawn.

If your getting spawn camped then you let it happen. I have never been spawn camped. You allow it to happen by kill chasing, dont kill chase, stretch the field. Also these threads are SO 8 months ago.
