Got a real question for you with regards to the angry marines. Can we challenge them in place of a Chapter that is not on Gothic wars as a placeholder? For example next week I have a match against the Blood Eagles but would like to challenge the Angry Marines in their stead and provide the explanation in the rules.

I see a potential problem with that. When you challenge a chapter it notifies everyone in said chapter (in case of the Angry Marines, that's the site staff) and that can get rather annoying.
Don't the Blood Eagles have a presence here? If so, I'm asking myself why they aren't on the calendar.
EDIT: I took a look and I guess they don't have a presence. Why not invite them in?

They did and don't want to be here anyway as I understand it.
To avoid annoying staff I will not challenge the angry marines then. Perhaps you can create a blank chapter with no staff to be a place holder chapter for this kind of challenge. Say the Fire Hawks or something similar?
