I have finally got a new mic...i decided to buy a kinect and it comes with an in built microphone. I don't know how I sound with it turned on and haven't tried it yet.
I will still Probaly not talk as am 13 and i think i sound about 8 whilst on mic so i am abit self-conscience about it

Kinect mics sounds very quiet and echoy sometimes. But if you get it right it sounds ok.
I personally dont think that you age should stop you speaking though. Be confident with people you know and be as mature as possible. people wont judge you on your voice but what your saying sometimes

On PS3 there is an option to configure your voice and make it sound differently, now unless EVERYONE who has a mic who I came across in uncharted multiplayer is 10, that means everyone sounds like a kid anyway on my platform

Well... It depends sometimes the built in mics are rubbish.... as they echo your tv if it's to close as well the voice playback... But over all I don't think it really matter if you talk or not... Do what you want it's your choice not everyone on gothic wars if you wish to talk then talk till your heart cant take it anymore you want silence then zip the lip it all on you.
