The only mod we play for those of us that do play regularly is the ultimate apoc mod. And it is listed on the site seeach project dumb ass but it's for soul storm.

What does the mod do?
- Tyranids
- Daemonhunters
- Titans
- Super Heavy Units
- Chaos Factions (4 Gods + Undivided)
- Zoomed Out View (More Like CnC)
- Advanced AI
- Advanced Match Conditions
- Most Codex Units Added
- New Maps
- Adds Missing Turrets
- Construct Walls
Above is a brief summary, in short it reworks the game. It's pretty much the only Soulstorm Mod worth playing.

Yes it works in multiplayer it has new skins for certin units not only that but it add more unit and changed some add in warhound titans and in the next update emperor class titans and the demon race

Rubric Marines, Plague Marines, Havoks etc are in right now alongside all the Minor Daemons.
Chaos Daemon race, New Necrons and that nasty FW Chaos Dreadnought are scheduled for the next big update.

Not technically, however it does enable the use of Campaign Heros in the multiplayer. So you get the named Chaos Lord guy and all his Meta-Map upgrades are there too

You couldn't. It would have to be included as Mod files, and be references by the Mod loader and AI files for it to work, and that's on EVERY players PC (for multiplayer).
You CAN make your team Iron Warrior color though

There is no Iron Warrior DLC for any of the DoW games. There might be for DoW2 though
