Talk with players in game. Also look at the players who are NOT in chapters and have zoned up on the forums with there GT. clearly if they put there GT on their profile they are interested. Remember to be a leader you have to be crazy active in game and on the forums. Make sure you get a core group of at least two other guys you can depend on. Always run your colors together and recruit IN GAME, 95% of all of my guys came from in game recruiting.
