Personally I'm not a guardsman but after seeing one of my friends 'NAZI' styled army I'm really starting to like some of the guardsman... especially how nice the commissar is dressed... possible to only a commissar in a SP army?

Being Pollitical Officers, Commissars are trained in diplomacy (even though their solution to most problems usually results in *BLAM*) and are dressed for the part. THE HAT IS ESSENTIAL. Remember Gaunt always retrieving his cap after a fight? ( Indiana Jones) The uniform is overly decorated and ALWAYS sharp looking as they are expected to appear as a personifacation of the Imperium itself. Lots of good looking shiny bitz on the outside, dark and souless on the inside.
