Was I the only one who was disappointed by how the final boss played out. During the lead up I was like holy crap I'm going to fight a daemon prince then it just turned into a quick time boss essentially.

I was rather dissapointed as well with that, fighting Da Warboss was far better.
And actually 5 Crimson Fist Scouts are better than a Daemon Prince, first turn of shooting I gunned that sucker down

SM 2: you are in fact an Alpha Legion sleeper cell, you escape the inquisitorial prison of the asteroid field around Jupiter, and spend the entire game bringing down the Ultramarines, before the final boss battle against Papa Smurf (Marneus Calgar) you face off against and kill Leandros.

Chances are Calgar wont be referenced, in fact at the exact time this game takes place Sicarius is still captain of the 2nd. We know the date because Titus talked to the Blood Raven about the Auralia crusade of DoW Soulstorm, and the date that took place is mentioned in game. Also forge world Graia should be currently in the process of being nom'd by a Tyranid Hive Fleet

Mind you, this was just something he let slip while we were talking about my moderator application for the official SM forums. I wouldn't treat it as gospel but other people have said the same thing came from the mouths of other sources.

I agree that the final boss wasn't that hard..I made it through with no continues...
To give you an idea how...well, shocking that was, I lost count how many times I died trying to kill the warboss (though that WAS more satisfying)
And yes, it was literally heart rending to see Sidonus get killed...I HATED the other character. Total prick

Ultramarine Captain killing a Daemon Prince with ease. Seems logical too me.
