If you need support then go to your 'Client Area' (click the arrow beside your username) and choose the 'Support' option in order to make a ticket.

If you're ready to enlist in a Faction (Guild/Clan) then click 'Factions' to get started.

Want to make a Faction? Go right ahead, if you cannot find the right category to create your Faction under then open a Support Ticket and ask us to make it!
Tons of Unread Posts?

If your "View New Content" is returning way too much stuff for your liking consider marking things As Read.

To do this click 'Mark Community Read' down the bottom left corner of the whole site and select the appropriate feature. Note: This will mark everything in that section as read.

Alright, can you guys see the things that are surrounded by the colored rectangles?

If no what ones are missing, if yes they what is this missing quick reply as there is a communication breakdown here.

At the top of the screen, go to "User CP" then select the "Options" item on the left. Find "Show the quick reply box on the view thread page." and click the checkbox.

I'll find the setting to make that "on" by default.

Cheers Apulo, I checked the settings and it's turned on so they can all use it, no idea why it's hidden by default.
