If you have active players in random games throughout the day, the people will come to you. Also if you play as a team in randoms, those you play against will notice and PM you sometimes asking to join.

Hey I understand, you really want to recruit but I think you are beating a dead horse here. Mostly everyone that actively reads and uses the forums is already dedicated to their respective Chapters and that you would have much better luck in getting dirty with the ramdoms on xbl. Invite them, talk to them, play with them and invite them to visit the forums.
If you need any help in recruiting talk to Gerhart. He is a recruiting machine and I'm sure he wouldn't mind pointing you in the right direction.

Ok but a week or two worth of campaigning is good.
Any more and you're just going to put off the wrong impression. Not to mention you're desperation on here is makin you ultra smurfs look worse than what Matt ward did to you.
