The arterial damage was immediately apparent by the blood that started to fill twizzles greedy jaws. The rush wasn’t over. The human writhing in pain managed to grab the scruff of Twizzles neck and quickly toss the gobbo away. Careening through the air unexpectedly Twizzle landed with a light thud. He quickly scrambled to his feet like an eager dog ready to get back into the fight. Scanning the scene Twizzle spotted his discarded blade. Picking it back up the gobbo stood and watched his victim cautiously with the blade ready in hand.

The wagon master drops to the ground trying desperately to stop the bleeding. He calls out to the wagon " Keena! Keena! get out of here take her and leave quickly!"

The face of a youngish woman comes into view from the wagon. She reaches forward and fumbles for the reins. Once she has them she tries to move on but horrid realization hits as she sees the horse dead on the floor, a pool of blood from a vicious neck wound.

Upon seeing you she let's out a screem and ducks back into the covered wagon

Twizzle frowned with simple gobbo surprise. still gripping the dagger nervously he looks down at his dead squig regaining a sense of Vindication. The night goblin cautiously approaches the back of the Wagon and patiently listens for his next victim.

The gentle sobs of the woman can be heard " sh sh sh little one. Everything is ok. Sh sh sh don't cry little one" your keen hearing picks up the gentle mewlings of a baby.

the child didn't stop the Gobbo from wanting to sink his blade into human flesh. but when innocence comes into play he felt like giving them a chance at least "STINKIN HUMIES!! I hears you! Leave the wagon to me and I'll let you both go!"

It goes quiet for a short while then the woman calls out, "We're comming out." She draws back the material flaps of the wagon door and begins to make her way out of the wagon. A bundle of swadling in her arms. she holds it protactivly against her cheast and watches you with red tear streaked eyes. "Why?" she asks

Twizzle growled raising his dagger in a stabbing motion "just go before I changes my mind." honestly it was just the baby. The gobbo had no desire to snuff out or eat the baby as some goblins might. he's more partial to mushrooms.

She turns and runs off into the forest taking the child with her.
You are left with the wagon, and dead horse, squig and two humans.

The gobbo waited until the lady was out of earshot before he sheathed his dagger and gathered his bow. Twizzle then quickly goes about checking the two dead humans for valuables. rummaging inside pockets and checking mouths for shiny teeth.

Twizzle finds a money pouch containing 15 silver pieces and a couple of copper rings. All that is left for him to search is the wagon.

Grimly satisfied with the meagre metals Twizzle secures them within a squig leather pouch inside his rugged vest. Looking eagerly suspicious he finally turns his attention to the wagon.

Once inside the wagon Twizzle has time to go through the possesions. By the look of the items these humies were mining settlers. He finds a cheast with some gold ore and uncut gemstones. It seems like they were on their way to trade or refine the ores.

Out side he hears a lot of movement and the wagon jolts as if given a quick pull knocking him off his feet.

Startled twizzle yelps in sudden surprise but quickly stifles the sound into a growl. the ever cautious gobbo scrambles to unsheath his blade as he attempts to peak out the wagon.

As he looks out Twizzle see's three giant Tarantulas stalking aroung the waggon. Each has a small leather harrness with a equally small Goblin rider. Armed with overly long spears and adorned in feathers these little green skins chatter to each other but you cant quite make out what they are saying.
