If you're using Windows 7 it's a hopeless battle. Win7 pre-loads commonly used programs to RAM for rapid launch.

What you can do is turn the graphics to shit, increase your pagefile and quit everything when you play (Music, Chat, Browsers & Kill explorer.exe in task manager)

Not using windows 7. I think its vista or somthing like that. But I will try the other stuff.

Its working well though as now I can Play GMod and TF2 with perfect graphics.

Update the first one and then run it, let it remove everything it finds.

The second one I want you to go to "Tools" on the menu bar and then to "Startup". I want you to screenshot me everything on that window and email it to me at crucias@gothicwars.org
