I've tried it and its really cool. I think vampires can use it, I don't really know.

This DLC has made me re-fall in love with this game. They buffed the Werewolf form so it's not worthless after level 20 now AND gave it a skill tree to make it a power house. Fucking love it!

The addition are nice, but I guess I was looking for another shivering isles.
