What you mean the megaphones? Dont use em, save them when fighting other players.
I doubt they will, too many people use multiple accounts so it would be unfair. However I am pretty tempted to start doing that as well...

I would love to be able to trade with other people. I have low Tiberium and excess of Crystals and you have opposite so we trade I am happy and you are happy =D Get me trading now! Should be a way to regulate it though. So that you cannot have other accounts and send ALL of those supplies to a main base so it grows much faster....

Maybe a restriction of much you trade with the same person over a period of time.
