Basically only the following usergroups can post new threads, polls and replies in here:

  • Leaders
  • XO's
  • Officers
  • Mods
  • Admin

However all members can view the posts made within.

Once a game is arranged, a Challenge Calender entry is made for that game and members can sign up as attending there.

So as a summary, this section is only for arranging the details of a match, not attendance of players.

Non-Chapter games can go in the Space Marine forums, while any special challenges (like 1v1 duels) can go in the special challenges section.
