Can't get the colors right, so for now, you'll have to settle for black and white. I think I captured the melancholy feel of his persona anyway

My style always tends toward anime, so I tend to make everything thin..even muscled space marines. This is the closest I could get to the gritty look of the usual 40k artwork

P.S. Tyranid purists, this is the best I could do. This thing is kind of a mix of Genestealer, Lictor, and Hormagaunt. I drew it to look cool, not entirely accurate. If y'all fail to see how badass this pic is, you missed the point..lol

Yeah, been artistically inclined lately. Have a lot on my mind, so this is semi-the*CENSORED*utic for me. I am inclined to take requests if this keeps up, so if there are any ideas, throw 'em at me. Finally think I have a decent grasp of Space Marine physique (i.e. NOT rail thin)
Latest to be honored through art: Ronjons and Cypher, as they are both pretty good friends of mine and have earned my respect in one way or another

Don't worry too much about them being skinny, still very good drawings. Considering your style I bet you could do some wicked eldar warriors.

I don't know how you get those colors man. Your bug is beautiful too.

Thanks bro...The colors are a technique I stumbled on just by trial and error (and a few artist friends from deviantArt)
That's actually a good idea...I'll see what I can whip up for some Eldar. Mebbe some Howlin' Banshees...

as far as drawing astartes, you have all of the right parts and they look great, just gotta trace it out and fatten them up a bit. Your details and colors are spot on. I never get purity seals right in mu drawings lol
