rosco had always lived a hard life.. The life of a herder was a rough one..

In the winter the undead were hearded to the easter part of the us, in the summer the ghouls would be herded back to the west


It was a rough life , but a necessary one. Because of men like him , many ghouls died along the way, their fragile boodies destroyed by the month long migration


It was a good life.

BUt something was different about the rocky heart area, ho siht patrols have doubled, attacks have became more frequent, and some of the other herders where whispering of a monster...A demon of the old world one of tthe hearders brough back, the infamous , Jack the ripper

Patting lakotas side, Rosco grinned as he looked up at the night sky, it was peaceful

watching the beans in the pot vcook rosco grins until he hears lance walking up the trail to the site

Lance frowns

" theres a massive herd moving in from Ravens rest sanctum...seems like the town was ovverrun....but these aint no regular ghouls there seekers"

(seekers are wolf hybrids that have been mutated by the virus..large and powerful lakopta is a living version of their breed)

"Roscoe looks at the moon and sighs" this is going to be a long season lance.. a reallly long season.
"rosce takes a last drag from his ciggeret" well saddle up brother
" rosco starts to pack up from camp"

lance nods as he packs up his horse, patting the flank of his dog Montana .

Very soon the camp is packed, and you are ready to go.

" one time....one damn time...it hopped up out of the damn water how could i have known!"

Lance shakes his head as he drinks some coffe from a thermos as he spurs his horse into a steady trot into the open area

the horses seem on edge, in the distance you see a massive seeker, but its wounded, it sees you and lets out a furios howl, the forest seems to come alive as ghouls begin charging toward you

" Rosco shouts turn back now, he spurs his horse full throttle running twards lakota, run boy reun, lakota bolts, rosco looks behind him and turns around with good distance between him and the horde, he pulls out his 30'6 and shoots. the bullet streams across and lands directly inbetween the seekers head"

lance hurry the fuck up boy!!

Lance turns and you begin to run, the massive seeker howls for what seems like forever, and more and more ghouls pour from the forest

you can tell, that most of these ghouls are fresh turned, the people of the overrun sanctum

The seejer howls long into the night , but eventually you manage to leave the howling behind,

Soon no ghouls are behind you, lance jumps off of his horse and frowns. " fuck.....that thing was huge....that was a patriarch"

"rosco nods" they never venture this far down the hills.

"rosco dismounts and looks at his ring"

well lets make camp lance.

This is a bad sign rosco...something that deadly usualy prowls with the more predatory ghouls...we may have a full migration of predators to worry about

well... "rosco looked at you suprised" to tell you the truth im not against him or for him.
i just wanna stay the fuck away from him. ghouls is one thing but a phycopath with power is another.
