Im opening this thread, hoping to help and answer questions to anyone unfamiliar with building army lists, how to handle point allocation and watnott, if anyone has a question, i will be checking this frequently, and i will have my pm box

i can cover anything from troop limitations, to basic explanations of abilities and rules

hope this thread comes alive now that we have an actual way to really enjoy this game

Just be careful with this, you cannot legally post rules on here unless the rulebook is freely available for download on the company webpage (gamesworkshop.com for Warhammer).

I'm not going to stop you from posting at all, but be very careful as this topic treads a fine line. Explanation of basic rules to play Vassal will be fine, however army points lists and specific rules of models would be filesharing.

You really should buy the Codex you intend to use.

However as a compromise, I will allow anything from inside the AoBR booklet (not the rulebook - yet) to be posted. This has basic getting started guides and basic Ork and Space Marine army lists. If you don't have your own codex then play these armies to learn.

Yeah but if you share any information from them then you are filesharing, so tread carefully bro. You can't use info from those on here or our new Teamspeak server.

The information inside the links above are free for all however. Considering the AoBR rulebook is out of date as well if anyone can find a PDF of it then PM me a link, I'll check it over before allowing it to be distributed
