VASSAL does not provide you with the rulebooks you require to play most of it's modules. It only provides a virtual tabletop to play on with virtual models.

This said, you will need a copy of the rules in order to play games. DO NOT POST RULEBOOKS HERE and DO NOT PM LINKS TO RULEBOOKS and also DO NOT USE THE EMAIL LINK TO SHARE either. All of these count as using the website to illegally share material and as this website is owned and operated from NZ, and hosted in the US, we are all subject to NZ, US (and your own country's) filesharing laws.

If you have not purchased the rulebook you cannot legally play the game. If this describes you, team up with people who already know the game, or have copies of the rulebook in order to learn from them.
