When you choose to start a new game it automatically kicks in.

actually the last two days, i have been without internet, there was some problem with my internet provider, but thats fix now. (the bastard said i dint paid

Yeah, it goes through a narrated comic of the first game where you choose the major options. Minor options, such as letting the girl on Noveria live, and not accounted for.
