I'm trying to get shiny starters and a shiny dratini if possible. I'm trying to get my game set up to breed eevee spam and then tyrouge spam

So how do you want em? For Battle or for Show?
If its Battle then you may want to find a preferable nature and a Destiny Knot....
Your gonna need a foreign Ditto. I can provide that. If you dont want to spend much time make sure you have Either a Talonflame or a Flethcinder with Flame Body. This will half the time the Eggs hatch. Also make sure you have spaces.
The process is quite simple really.
Put the Ditto and the want to be shiny pokemon in the Daycare. Just ride around on your bike until you get an egg. Keep hatching the eggs till you get the shiny.
Just a note:
EXTREME PATIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS.
Now if I am correct in Black and White, the odds are 1 in 1365.
Due to some pretty clever sods we have found out those odds have been halfed. You have an under a 1000 chance of getting a shiny. Just keep going till you get one. Some may take longer than others. For example I breed a shiny Eevee withing 40 eggs and have had over 400 Magikarp eggs and no shiny.
Just take the time.
