When you go to hang out with Garrus on the Citadel he will take you to shoot some bottles when given the option chose to miss the bottle and you will hear the following.

IMO nothing will top the bottle shooting with Garrus, but besides that one...

The awkward moment where you walk in on Tali and Garrus cuddling before the assault on Earth was hilarious.

G: "One of my mandibles got caught on her helmet..."
T: "I thought my suit was ruptured..."
G: "I was leaning in to check and see..."

So on until you tell them you're happy for the two of them.
