Yes I do this, looks soooo much better than just a black dot. Very easy to do to, GW sell a hobby drill with the perfect size drill bits.

The item in question is called a "pin vise" if you were to go to your local hobby or crafts store. (typically between $7-12 in US Dollars) (whatever you do don't use a dremel! You don't have enough control when it is motorized and you will end up sad and possibly injured :-(
