Did that on supreme commander 2, but in my defense the enemy had a amassed a large scale airforce that I couldn't possible defeat with fighters and airdefenses alone, and they were systematically destroying my allies' bases, so i did what I had to do, I launched maybe about a dozen nukes, into my allies base before it was too late. I basically destroyed four fifths of my allie's base, but I saved my ass for victory.
Purge the heresy with the Emperor's fire of retribution. Destroy the mutant against the anvil of his wrath. Exterminate the xenos with the courage of humanity.

Playing super Mario and running headfirst into the first enemy.

When you units in total war turn and enemy into retreating so they go after them, then the enemy turns back around and completely ambushes them.

Starcraft, nuking enemy army which then aggros your.army forwars into the nuke

Playing WoT and being distracted by plot in HOTD (Highschool of the Dead for you non anime types) and when you look back your T-46 is going 60 right into a TOG II
Last night I had a similar problem, but instead it was a price of advertisement popped up via a link (I suspect a virus on my PC) and when I closed it and opened WOT again the camera was just spanning round the vehicle that just killed me

Worst way to die is when someone signs in to skype and you click the popup behind the game screen instead of the button you actually want, end up tabbed out of the game, then tab in to find yourself being brutally mauled.

Space marine there a cpuple.of ways grounding pound some by the edge on bridge completely missing quick and easy to die.
Mis throwing nades n having them boince bk into ur face.
