A few of you have contacted the Admins directly with issues from time to time. Considering I am the community frontman for the admin team that generally means you hassle.. erm... I mean talk to me ^^
The first thing I do is try reproduce the issue in different browsers, we do NOT support Internet Explorer officially so if it works in my other browsers (below is the list I have installed to test with) but it didn't work for your Evil Explorer then download a better browser!
- Chrome
- Chromium (Ubuntu Linux)
- Firefox
- Opera
- Safari
- Mobile Explorer (WP7)
- Opera Mini (WP7)
- Vita Browser
Also if you (or someone tells you) that a link isn't working, for example a refferal link for registration, then check it in a different browser that isn't logged in on your account. If it works for you then they have a hardware or software issue on their end and we cannot fix those.

Now that said, we are more than happy to help out, but please check the issue in another browser first if there is even the slightest possibility that's the cause. Will save everyone a lot of time considering we are scattered across timezones and PMs can go unanswered for hours.
