As for their quality... well ME1 was by far the best RPG of the three and for me, apart from the terrible inventory management and the repetitiveness of the Mako, it's my favourite by far, although it does seem a little dated and can hardly be called action-packed in comparison to the other two.
ME2 was a big disappointment for me personally. They pretty much did away with almost all aspects of what most people would consider key parts of a RPG. The story itself was a little lame too and the less said about the final boss the better. The best bits of it are definitely the DLC missions, with LotSB being the benchmark imo.
ME3 Multiplayer is fun, if somewhat repetitive if played for too long in one day. In a good group though, it's a whole load of fun and the support from Bioware for it is great, with events/missions being held every few weekends, with rewards dished out on successful completion of objectives. Unfortunately I can't comment on the single-player aspect yet, as I still haven't taken my canon Shepard all the way from 1-3 yet, so am only playing the Multi-player part of it until I can find the time to do that.
Hope my overview helps a little with your decision but everyone's opinion on the preceding games differs and this is only my opinion on them mate

When I finish my twelve other exams I need to find a Fist Person Shooter which makes less sense than Modern Warfare...
Any suggestions? (Not CoD, fuck no to CoD)
