Just to let you all know there is a bug right now that means Admins can always see the forums made in the 2.0 Faction system. While we can remove them from showing in the category index system, we can access them through posts appearing in our View New Topics menu. 

 

I am currently getting vendor support to have this fixed and will update you all when it is. It's limited to Admins so only Tug, Priest and myself can see your posts for the time being. However considering the time of year this may take awhile, if for some reason we get to the end of January we will extend the 1.0 post deletion window so privacy is not violated; however I would expect this fixed within the week.

 

If you wish to post things without us seeing them for whatever reason then please post in the 1.0 Faction Forums.

Seems that if I turn off Faction Moderation (the thing that makes us see your private forums) then we cannot see Groups pending approval as well. So I have made Servoskull a Faction Moderator so he approves groups now and prospective Leaders must open a ticket to let us know a group is pending. I have altered the Welcome Banner on the Faction menu to reflect this updated process.

 

It may be a bit of a hassle for all involved, but it lets us keep it private ^^
