Howdy guys,

Now we have bought the software for 2.0 we're working on getting it ready; at some point we're going to put GWRS into a maintenance mode that will prevent access so we don't have corruption issues as we transfer everything from 1.0 to 2.0.

However there are some things which won't transfer you need to be aware of:

Awards: The award system is a plugin for myBB so it will not carry over to 2.0. We will be using a brand new award system in 2.0

Username Images: Username images is another myBB plugin. Right now I cannot find the code needed to migrate this over, so for now we will not be offering this feature in 2.0

Challenge Calender: It's gone, but we will be implementing tournament software sometime instead. Since this Calender is rarely used it won't be missed.

I'll update this OP as I come across other things that'll be temporarily or permanently lost. New features will be a different thread.

Heads up: We're going to completely dick with the faction system sometime in the next month. It'll be more efficient that it is now, and once we (GC) decide how best to proceed we'll let you know

Sorry I thought my post implied that you lose them. Automated awards and achievements that you qualify for should flick up instantly though

You need to know how they are distribute them though (outstanding/insane community involvement over a long period?)
