Some slight forum rule changes brought about by the first instance of a request to remove a work of art (story).

Posting Document

• Original works of art may be requested for removal by the creator, this does not extend to all posts
• Community works of art are the property of the community that created them and no single individual may request their removal.

• Please Note: All forum posts and other shared information become the property of the forum. By posting on this site you are agreeing with this condition.

That last one has also been added to the Welcome/Registration PM.

Basically an Original work of art is something like an individuals story, a Community work of art is something that is created by the interaction of multiple individuals, some Stories and the RPs fall in this category for example. An Original work of art is not compromised by commenting replies, only non-author replies that participate in theme.

These are now official rules of the site and continued use is acceptance of them, anyone who doesn't agree can use the Deactivate Account button.

Now with that legal grey area cleared up, back to life as normal.
